From Eastern L.I. -    Take Long Island Expressway, Southern State Pkwy or Northern State Pkwy West to Sagtikos Parkway North. Take Exit SM 4W  approximately 6 miles to the Waldbaums Shopping Center - Greenlawn.

From Western LI - Travel East on LIE or Northern St. Parkway to the exit for Deer Park Ave North  (231N).After passing under Northern.St. Parkway, immediately get into left lane and continue North. Cross over Jericho and make a right onto Broadway. Make a right onto Pulaski Rd. Proceed to Waldbaums Shopping Center on right - approximately 2 miles. We're in the Chiropractic office in the Waldbaums Shopping Center - Greenlawn.
